We had a huge weekend at the
Market. The crowds were massive early on, and at first I thought we were going to sell out before noon. Luckily things slowed to a more manageable pace so we could enjoy ourselves,
chat to bloggy friends, have a browse at all the gorgeous stalls, and still sell out for an early mark.
After a busy few days it's so good to have a quiet day at home, even if there is a massive pile of washing waiting for me!
Nothing like Monday's washing to drag you down. Glad the markets went well- the cupcakes look divine- as usual. xo Meagan.
ReplyDeleteLovely photo from the market, I'm glad you got time for chin wagging too. This is a very important part of having fun at a market isn't it? Your cakes look delicious! xo
ReplyDeleteOh look at those cupcakes...amazing.
ReplyDeleteHope all is well for you and that your monday was slow and yet productive. Have been absent from this space for a while, sadly so and hope you are all happy and well...xxx
Thank goodness for chin waggery amidst the chaos. I suspect our Mondays were similar. There's still a Tuesday Mount Washing requiring attention...
ReplyDeleteThose cup cakes look fab, no wonder you were busy!! The photo with you (?) or a stall holder and the roses looks like somewhere I'd like to go and have a cuppa and a chat.
ReplyDeleteThank god it's Tuesday then!
Oh yum!
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI'd like to give a $10 discount voucher to your site which your visitors could use in their take-away orders placed on Menulog (700 listed take away restaurants). All they have to do is just type the voucher code (which will be provided upon response to this email) at the check out. This is on top of any existing discounts our restaurants offer to your visitors as part of our normal process.
Please let me know what you think.
Cheers,

I had one of your lemon cheesecake cupcakes and it was just the thing! Delicious, thank you.
ReplyDeleteI didn't even realise the market was on last weekend! One of your cupcakes would have been exactly what I needed! I did make my own though, I used the recipe from the Primrose Bakery and I was quite impressed.
ReplyDeleteI made a big mistake and read your blog when I was feeling particularly hungry. Looks awesome. Y to the UM.
ReplyDeleteMichelle I found the book in Target hobart, of all places! The photographs inside are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAs always, a mighty effort of culinary treats Michelle! I think you need to give your lovely blog a subtitle hugo & elsa (the home of Tassie's most scrumptious cup-cakes!)
ReplyDeleteMillie ^_^
I wish I could drop by the Market and pick up some of your cupcakes! That, however, would be a VERY long trip!
ReplyDelete;)
The great thing about washing is that unlike children, it is happy to patiently wait!
ReplyDeleteI am still waiting for mine in the post - they look delish!
