He's very good lookin'! Elsie thinks you should call him Ken,(?) and Heidi likes Cockle, because our last rooster was Cock-a-rooster. We also had a white leghorn rooster called Kimba who was a delight until he decided the best place to herald the morning was outside our 3 month old's window. Not cool!

ReplyDeleteDon't make my mistake! I settled on Ron for my rooster beause he reminded my of a Ron that no longer lives in our town.
ReplyDeleteBut I forgot that the owner of the local garage is also called Ron - and the garage is within cooee distance!
It's too late to change now so I just have to be careful what I say. But I know that one day .....
