In the kitchen

Oh I am so excited to see these Gourmet Farmer recipe videos!  Filmed in my kitchen a few months back and around the house a few months ago, this was such a tasty project to work on. Not only did I get to shop for ingredients, style the props and wash the dishes but best of all, the house was filled with delicious food.

It's amazing to see it finished and online.  There are ten videos all up - you can check them all out here!

  3. ...and in that split second she realised her floors were not going to be mopped this morning...

Can't wait to see! SBS are teasing us with the 'coming soon' ads so this will sate my appetite for GF until then.

  4. How exciting! Especially the bit about tasting all the food. Love Matthew's description of a proper cheddar. I haven't had brawn since we lived in the UK, and I must say that ploughman's is the most impressive I've seen.

These recipe videos are great, and your kitchen and books on the shelf make a great setting for filming.

  8. LOVE Gourmet Farmer - mostly as he lives what seems to be the idyllic Tassie country life (and so do you by the looks of your lovely kitchen and property). What a fun project to work on - I hope he shared the platter with you - it looks too enormous for just one person (former food critic or not).

  9. Try some good spiced vinegar on the braun, ads acidity to cut through the fat and super delicious!
